CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 14 days of the stay incurs refund of the fee only if the apartment is subsequently booked. You may reschedule to another date, but if the apartment is not booked on the original date then the fee will not be refunded. An administration fee of $40 applies
DAMAGES POLICY
Should you happen to damage any Signal Box property, equipment or crockery it is expected that you pay for the damage.
If anything is not working when you arrive please alert the owner.
Additional cleaning may be charged if a lack of respect is shown in the cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen, bedroom or barbecue ($60).
Damage to heater glass, walls, or fittings will be charged at replacement cost.

Booking deposit minimum of 50% of the stay price and full payment prior to receipt of the keys
